Our plan
We maintain a documented Incident Response Plan covering how we detect, contain, and recover from security incidents affecting the Literacy Assessments platform or this website.
Notification
If a breach affects personal data we hold, we notify affected districts and account holders without undue delay, consistent with our contractual commitments and applicable law.
Post-incident reporting
After an incident, our reporting covers what happened, what data was involved, and what we are doing about it — including remediation steps taken to prevent recurrence.
